Rescheduled: Design + Taxes 2.0

This is a rescheduling of Design + Taxes 2.0 from January 22. All tickets purchases for the original event will be honored. Refunds will be given to those who cannot attend the new date.

Let’s just admit it – taxes are confusing, and that can be especially true if you’re a freelancer, student, or small business owner. But, we have you covered. Join us for Design + Taxes 2.0 on February 5 when DeAnn Gould-Lancaster, H&R Block District Manager with more than 16 years’ experience in the industry, will discuss tax-related topics including a general overview of how they work; what to do if you’re a freelancer, student, or self-employed; and how to prepare for the upcoming 2019 tax season. Her discussion will be followed by a Q&A session, so have your tax prep questions ready.

The event is free for students and AIGA members. Members will receive a discount on H&R Block products and tax prep through AIGA.

DeAnn Gould-Lancaster is a District General Manager overseeing 25 H&R Block offices (300 associates) throughout Kansas City and its surrounding areas. She’s a tax professional with 16 years’ experience specializing in small business and complex returns. She is also an enrolled agent able to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service.
