Selina Kendall is an Accessibility Lead at VMLY&R who focuses on championing accessibility and inclusivity in human-centered design. She is also a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) under the International Association of Accessibility Professionals. In this workshop, Selina will share her best-in-class tips for making sure users are considering accessibility from the start of a project through example case studies and first-hand experience. Selina will also be putting her skills to the test and performing real-time accessibility audits of attendee's work in hopes to share suggestions and advocate for inclusive design.

About Selina Kendall
Selina Kendall is an Accessibility Lead at VMLY&R who focuses on championing accessibility and inclusivity in human-centered design. She is a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) under the International Association of Accessibility Professionals since 2019. Her experiences with accessibility include auditing digital experiences, training and educating internal and external teams on accessibility practices, and championing inclusive design.
Selina has worked with clients such as Ford, Colgate, Sherwin-Williams, Intel, Tennessee Tourism, Jo-Ann Fabrics, and Walgreens to create experiences centered around accessible design and inclusion. Her work also extends beyond the commercial and private sectors, and she has worked with clients such as the U.S. Health and Human Services Department and the United States Navy on Section 508 compliance.
