Babes Helpin’ Babes (BHB) is a KC-based company working to address, discuss and solve problems of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. On November 11, BHB will lead an interactive session focused on bringing awareness to gender inequality issues in the workplace. Attendees will learn how to effect change and take action to help foster more diverse and equitable environments. It will be a space for unfiltered discussions to push past boundaries, educate, and inspire allyship in the gender-equity movement.

Speaker bio:

Abby Kallenbach is a creative and workplace diversity consultant from Kansas City. She started Babes Helpin’ Babes nearly three years ago at the advertising agency, Signal Theory. Today, she works full-time to bring BHB to companies who are looking to challenge their company culture and hire, promote, and retain diverse talent.
