Sad Santa Story Time

Written and illustrated by Tad Carpenter, Sad Santa is the whimsical story about what happens when all the toys have been made, the presents handed out, the cookies eaten and Santa is left with the post-holiday blues. Join us at Reading Reptile for a special story-time read by Tad himself, accompanied by cookie decorating and Sad Santa mask coloring for the kiddos (most appropriate for ages 3 and up) and beverages for the adults to toast the holiday season.

Reading Reptile will have copies of Sad Santa for purchase and Tad will have plenty of extra goodies up his sleeve, including bookmarks, greeting cards and postcards to Santa! For more info about Tad’s new book, visit SadSantaBook.com.

This event is free! Please RSVP by calling Reading Reptile at 816-753-0441.
